iFreedom Direct is no longer engaged in its mortgage lending business. To date, it has accordingly voluntarily surrendered its licenses in all states but Georgia, which license has been retained temporarily for technical reasons. No mortgage lending business is being conducted in any state at this time.

iFreedom Direct originated home loans in most states. Our offices are located at 9565 S. Wasatch Blvd., Salt Lake City, Utah, 84092, 801-273-9960. An Equal Housing Lender, iFreedom Direct originated first mortgages in most states. Applicable law requires that the following licensing information be listed: National Mortgage Licensing System “NMLS ID” #3122 (www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org); GA Residential Mortgage Licensee #14590.
